Trend #3 customer experience focus, 76% of retailers think that improving customer experience is a significant goal.
Trend #4 top tech spending, the most important technology investments for retailers are IoT, big data/analytics and security.
Trend #5 IT budgets on the rise, the IT budget for retailers will increase 72% this year, more proof that digital transformation is a top priority for retailers.
