DigitalGenius Improves Customer Service with AI

DigitalGenius recently announced the launch of its Human+AI Customer Service Application on the Salesforce AppExchange. Combining AI technology with human interaction, “customer service leaders can unlock the value of historical service logs, improve agent accuracy and efficiency, as well as reinforce their contact center with AI-powered automation” to help save time and resources.

The app uses deep-learning algorithms which use prior customer service knowledge and is “integrated directly into the contact center’s existing software.” Interacting with customers using text-based communication channels is pivotal to creating customer service success.
