The Apple Pencil permits you to draw, paint, and write with ease- even draw on 4K video:

The new Magic Keyboard Folio offers a smooth typing experience and a large trackpad with support for a click-anywhere experience and Multi-Touch gestures. The Magic Keyboard Folio features full-size keys, 1 mm of travel, and responsive feel. Editing a spreadsheet, fine-tuning a presentation or taking important notes literally is a cinch:
“Quickly adjust the volume or search for a file using the 14‑key function row. The versatile design features two pieces that attach magnetically: a detachable keyboard and a protective back panel with an adjustable stand for flexible viewing.”
Performance wise, the iPad touts the A14 Bionic chip providing power and performance especially for video and gaming activities. Quickly download files, play games online, and stream movies with Wi-Fi 6 or superfast 5G connectivity.
The iPad’s camera is also new with a landscape 12MP Ultra Wide front camera, perfect for a FaceTime call with family or friends, participating in a video conference, or taking a selfie.
