Google’s New Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro Smartphones, Image/Google
Google Pixel 6 ($599USD) and Pixel 6 Pro ($899USD) smartphones have recently been introduced to consumers, question is whether the Pixel 6 phones are anything new and exciting. Previous Pixel phones did not have all the features of the new Pixel 6 phones. One prominent Pixel 6 phone feature is Google’s Tensor chip with up to 80% faster performance for speed and responsiveness making it Google’s most powerful chip yet- a smarter chip equals a smarter phone:

Not only did Pixel 6 invent its own chip, Pixel 6’s camera has been redone, “Pixel 6 has bigger sensors to help you capture more color, more detail, and 150% more light than Pixel 5.” Pixel 6 Pro exclusively has a Triple rear camera system, 50MP wide, 12MP ultrawide, 48MP telephoto and LDAF sensor. Pixel 6 dual rear camera system has the same features except for telephoto. The front camera ranges from Pixel 6, 8MP and Pixel 6 Pro, 11.1MP.
With becoming more of a concern than ever, Google has increased security observance by introducing Google-powered protection built in via the new Titan M2 chip, Google Tensor, fingerprint unlock, 5 years of security updates and security core “work together to help keep your private life private.”
Pixel 6 other significant fast and smart features include all-day battery, reimagined interface, tactile alloy frame (Pixel 6), polished alloy frame (Pixel 6 Pro), Corning Gorilla Glass Victus front and Corning Gorilla Glass 6 back (Pixel 6), Corning Gorilla Glass Victus back and front (Pixel 6 Pro), Smooth Display (6.4″ FHD 90Hz Pixel 6 and 6.7″ QHD+LTPO 120Hz Pixel 6 Pro) and powerful 5G, 8GB RAM 128GB/256GB storage (Pixel 6) and 12GB RAM 128GB/256GB/512GB storage (Pixel 6 Pro) and enhanced Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, fast charging (4614 mAh Pixel 6 and 5003 mAh29 Pixel 6 Pro) and a 30W USB-C Charger capability (although Google clearly states annotatively that “charging speed varies and depends on device capabilities, battery age, usage during charging, and many other factors. Compatible devices and Google USB-C 30W charger each sold separately”).
