Samsung Electronics recently introduced new Samsung Galaxy Ring, Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra wearables focusing on healthy living with help from Galaxy AI. Health experiences and goals can be personalized and tailored with sensor innovations on Galaxy Ring, Galaxy Watch7, and Galaxy Watch Ultra.
Both Galaxy Watch7, and Galaxy Watch Ultra are the first Android smartwatches powered by Wear OS 5, “the most powerful release from Wear OS yet. Offering advanced performance and power efficiency.”

Galaxy Ring provides 24/7 health monitoring is lightweight at 2.3 grams to 3.0 grams, 10ATM water resistance, Titanium Grade 5 finish, 7 days battery life, a specially designed quick charging case, 3 color choices – Titanium Black, Titanium Silver, and Titanium Gold, 9 size options and has a distinct concave design.
Galaxy Ring uses data and insights that are integrated into Samsung Health without requiring a subscription. Using Samsung’s extensive sleep analysis and a powerful sleep AI algorithm sleep patterns are analyzed and sleep habits are delineated. New sleep metrics such as movement during sleep, sleep latency, heart and respiratory rate indicate sleep quality.
New Energy Score, a Galaxy AI enabled feature, evaluates physical conditions for four significant factors, Sleep, Activity, Sleeping Heart Rate and Sleeping Heart Rate Variability. Wellness Tips gives personalized messages to improve health conditions and well being.
Other notable Galaxy Ring features include Heart Rate Alert where high or low heart rates are determined. Live Heart Rate Check analyzes beats per minute, time start, and time duration. Auto Workout Detection features automatic walking and running tracking and Inactive Alert activates daily fitness reminders.

The watch features a new cushion design for enhanced protection and visual esthetics, and a Dynamic Lug System for extra comfort. Galaxy Watch Ultra comes in a 47mm size in Titanium Gray, Titanium White, and Titanium Silver.
Galaxy Watch Ultra professes durability with a Titanium Grade 438 frame, 10ATM water resistance, and operation from 500 meters below sea level to 9,000 meters high for tracking ultra fitness experiences. Galaxy Watch Ultra automatically switches to Night Mode for readability even at nighttime. Alternatively, the Galaxy Watch Ultra has a peak brightness of 3,000 nits for reading even in extreme sunlight. The watch has the longest battery life for the Galaxy Watch line-up- up to 100 hours in Power Saving and 48 hours in Exercise Power Saving.
