Based on a report from International Data Corp, Apple had the top Smartphone Sales for 2023, outselling Samsung smartphones with a 20% market share in 2023. Samsung market share for last year was 19.4% share, followed by China’s Xiaomi.
For twelve years Samsung lead the smartphone market in sales. According to IDC data, iPhone shipments were up 3.7% last year, whereas Phone shipments from Samsung were down 13.6%. Samsung’s low-end smartphones market shares declined in comparison to its mid and high-end smartphones.
The smartphone market declined 3.2% at 1.17 billion units- a decade record low.
