Alef, a startup in e-VTOL aviation, is designing and developing the world’s first real flying car. The futuristic Alef Model A is seen as a solution to the issues of modern traffic congestion, with a price tag of $300,000. The flying car is deemed “safe”, and is “affordable” considering it is a flying car. The Alef Model A will start being sold in 2025.

Defined as a car that can also fly, the car of the future is designed to be driven on the public streets, take off vertically when needed and fly overhead above traffic when necessary.

The Alef Model A will enable “faster and easier commutes, driven by proprietary technology that elevates the vehicle without the need for runways.” The flying car has driving range of 200 miles and a flying range of 110 miles.
