Google Pixel 2 'Ask More of Your Phone'

Described as "the phone only Google could make," Google's new smartphone, the Pixel 2 is unique. Unique because it is the first smartphone that comes with the Android Oreo 8.0.0 operating system. Google Assistant is built in the Pixel 2 and can be accessed with a squeeze. Pixel 2 is again, the highest rated smartphone camera, based on test results from DxOMark Mobile.

The Pixel phone comes in two sizes, Pixel 2, 5.0” AMOLED screen (16:9) FHD 1920 x 1080 and the Pixel 2 XL, 6.0” pOLED screen (18:9) QHD+ 2880 x 1440 and four colors, Just Black, Clearly White, Kinda Blue and Black & White.

Google is also offering a free Home Mini device with the purchase of a Pixel 2 phone, beginning October 4, 2017 to October 19, 2017 while supplies last." A promo code will be emailed about 4-6 weeks after phone shipment.

Another added Pixel 2 perk is the available wireless service from Google called Project Fi. It features Pixel phone plans for $20 per month for unlimited talk and text, and $10 per GB of data — and you never pay for data you don’t use.

The Pixel 2 camera comes with features and abilities such as dual-pixel autofocus rear 12.2 MP, front 8MP, f/1.8 aperture, 1.4 μmlow, light adaptation, beautiful DSLR-quality portraits and smooth videos with image stabilization. Once photos have been taken, and videos have been produced, they can be stored on free unlimited storage in original quality. With Google Photos, a type of gallery, will help you find, save, organize and share photos.

Other significant features of the Google Pixel 2 are the latest Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 835 processor, RAM: 4GB • Storage: 64GB & 128GB, a water-resistant metal unibody, 7 hours of battery on 15 minutes of charging, built-in security module, security updates for up to 3 years, Augmented Reality (AR) Stickers and Google Play Protect.
