(Tech Mainstream) The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) can easily be integrated in Google Adsense. Google states the following:
"To help you comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we've integrated a CCPA privacy messaging tool into AdSense. You can use this messaging tool to display a CCPA privacy message on your site that gives users the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information. The messaging tool uses Google's Funding Choices."
When logged into Google Adsense, on the left menu select Ads, then select Overview, select the By site tab, scroll down to find the All your sites option, then find the name of your website and select the pencil icon on the right hand side of the website name row. Your site opens in the ad settings preview.
On the right menu, select the more features tab, then enable the CCPA privacy message option to show a message to your users for the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Select Show privacy message to see how your privacy message will appear on your site. Select Apply to site. Your privacy message will appear to your site's visitors within a few minutes. To customize your privacy message go to Funding Choices messages.
