ForeScout Technologies, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Proposed IPO


ForeScout Technologies, Inc. (“ForeScout”), a leading Internet of Things (“IoT”) security company, recently filed on October 2 a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock shares.

Available by means of a prospectus only, the offering will be manged by lead book-running managers Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. BofA Merrill Lynch and UBS Securities LLC wil also act as book-running managers. Co-manger will be KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc.
